MTO Leadership Development is a Christian organization that was formed to engage with organizations, companies, and individuals. Our primary goal is to encourage, challenge, and help promote people to be all they can be in Christ Jesus. We accomplish this by promoting sound, moral, and ethical principles.

MTO has a three-fold purpose:

• Expose the enemy within each human being that exists in the form of a sinful nature that is keeping them from living biblical lives of integrity.
• Identify each person’s innate and unique qualities so they can fully understand and identify that they have been uniquely created by God.
• Ignite people to action where they consciously use their innate and unique qualities to achieve success in life and experience joy every day.
